The latest release can always be found in the maven repository.
Please use only the Maven2 POM or the zip file which contains all the dependencies. The other files don't work properly yet.
You can also get the current (possibly unstable) sources of all the swecr modules from the svn repository: swecr svn
The change logs can be found in the report section of each package. Top level changes (not available yet)
